Marc Courtney
Marc's vast experience in the wound care industry and his background in finance and research analysis is a valuable asset to the Foundation. Marc is Managing Director of Activa Healthcare, a company he helped found in 1998. Activa provides compression therapy products for the management of venous and lymphatic diseases. Before the establishment of Activa, Marc held regional responsibility for managing subsidiaries of Scholl Plc, including businesses in the UK, Germany, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. Marc is a US citizen and earned a bachelor's degree at Rhodes College, Memphis, Tennessee, and an MSc in Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Marc moved to the UK in 1983.
