Richard is currently Director of Real Healthcare Solutions Ltd, a globally recognised healthcare consultancy set up in 2011 that brings industry and healthcare organisations closer together for the benefit of the patient.

The four business units of the company are Commercial Operations; Training & Development; Market Intelligence and Clinical Research

Richard is also the Non-Executive Director of Lighthouse Medical, a charitable community benefit society on the Isle of Wight He has a Business Certificate from Ashridge Management College and an MSc in Wound Healing & Tissue Repair from the University of Cardiff.

Richard is a member of the ISIaSP (Skin Institute, Huddersfield university) International Advisory Board.
