Alison has held senior management and leadership roles in a wide range of health sector organisations - NHS, VCSE, regulation, education, and commercial settings. Experienced at Board level, previous roles held include Non-executive Director at Passcomm Ltd, Salford Health Matters CIC, Spectrum Community Health CIC, and Kids Health Matters CIC. She has wide experience of complex consultancy and change projects, particularly supporting VCSE organisations in health and care development. Alison has continued to work in education and training throughout her career, particularly in health policy, strategy, and integrated care models. She has an interest in systems approaches and co-production in health and care and how these can be applied to improve service experience for users and carers.
