David is the Founder of SharedAim Ltd, a company established to help organisations thrive by realising the benefits of working in an authentically human way. He is an advocate for understanding the perspective, needs and contribution of all stakeholders. And through this process, finding the common purpose to inspire genuine collaboration and respectful relationships.
Prior to this, he had a distinguished career in the Fire and Rescue Service (FRS), where he led a pioneering study of human behaviour that remains influential on thinking and practice. He concluded his time with the FRS as its first-ever Customer Experience Manager. Since then David has taken up several advisory and consultative roles within the international crisis and disaster sector with a particular focus on advancing the role of citizens and communities.
Naturally inquisitive and professionally disruptive, he is recognised for his ability to reveal new perspectives and opportunities. He was fortunate to learn about
The Lindsay Leg Club Foundation from Ellie and was immediately struck by its ethos, values, innovative partnership working model, and most importantly its recognition of the humans at the heart of their work.
